Paula Martinelli

Paula Martinelli is the Chief Product & Marketing Officer at Neon. Paula was previously the Sr Director - LATAM Retail Lead at Expedia Group, and before that, they were a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Paula has also worked as a Summer Associate at FIR Capital Partners and Joa Investimentos. Paula began their career as a Consultant at Monitor Group.

Paula Martinelli received their MBA/MA in International Studies with a focus on French from The Wharton School. Paula then went on to get their Master's degree in Foreign Studies with a French major from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Paula then graduated with a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Lastly, they attended college for Biotechnology at Ecole centrale de Lyon.

They work with Ricardo Scardoa - CFO, Tadeu Rocha - Partner, Strategy & Business Development, and André Madeira - CTO. Paula Martinelli reports to Pedro Conrade, CEO & Founder.
