Rafael Baraccat

Rafael Baraccat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in business partnership and communications. Currently serving as a Business Partner Tech - HRBP at Neon since August 2023, Rafael previously held various HRBP roles at Ambev from January 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included internal communication management, annual communication planning, and health and wellness initiatives. Rafael's career began with internships at Bosch, focusing on process integration and marketing intelligence, as well as experience in supporting administrative activities at NB41 - Comunicação & Marketing. Rafael holds a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, completed in December 2021.
