Tish Seabourne

Tish Seabourne is the Managing Director of TimePlan Education Group Limited, having established the UK's first teaching agency in 1989. Prior to this, Tish worked as a Policy Advisor at the Inner London Education Authority, gaining extensive knowledge about education provision in London. Tish also worked as a Researcher at the House of Commons for Chris Smith, Labour MP for Islington South & Finsbury. Tish holds a MSc in Economics and Econometrics from City University Business School and a BSc in Economics from Brunel University London.
