Matt Szabo has extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a sports and city beat reporter for Times Community Newspapers since April 2006, with a focus on Huntington Beach. Prior to this role, Matt was the Sports Editor for the Oakdale Leader from October 2003 to April 2006. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2003.
