Shivani Nagpal Bali

Shivani Nagpal Bali is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and employer branding. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Management, Employer Branding Communication & Engagement at Times Internet since March 2011, Shivani focuses on talent strategy, employee experience, and internal communication, while championing organizational culture. Previously, Shivani held the position of HR Business Partner Lead for Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young from April 2001 to January 2008, where responsibilities included leading HR efforts for the division. Earlier experience includes a human resources internship at The Oberoi Group in mid-2000, concentrating on performance management and employee motivation. Shivani holds an MBA in HR & Marketing from the FORE School of Management, New Delhi, and a BA (H) in English from Jesus and Mary College, Delhi.
