Sébastien Verhelst has extensive experience in customer success, analytics, and engineering. Starting in 2005, they have worked as a waiter at D'n Anvers, Mes Amis, and Classic's. Since 2018, they have been working at SAS as a Manufacturing Advisory Lead Western Europe and a Senior Manufacturing Expert, where they have helped customers with advanced operations performance, increased asset reliability and uptime, improved and optimized product quality, and optimized supply chain performance. In 2022, they became a Customer Success Director and a Customer Advisory Manager at Timeseer.AI.

Sébastien Verhelst has a diverse educational background. In 2019, they completed a Smart Manufacturing course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering. From 2011 to 2012, they attended the Antwerp Management School, earning a Master of Global Management with Great Distinction.
