Joel Slatis

Joel Slatis began their career in 1994 as a Project Manager at Applied Materials. In this role, they held a variety of positions including Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, and Project Manager. Joel managed daily operations in the production of physical vapor deposition (PVD) non system orders. In 1998, they started WebPex.com, Inc., a successful web development operation they operated for nearly 15 years until December. In 2004, they became the CEO and President of Timesheets.com, an online tool for small business owners where employees can record work time for payroll and billing. The application was intended to replace traditional paper timesheets and wall-mounted time clocks.

Joel Slatis attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1991 to 1994 and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Engineering.
