Ramanand Naik

Ramanand Naik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Learning and Development within the technology sector. Currently serving as Manager of Tech Programs Coordination at TimesPro since April 2021, Ramanand previously held the role of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to TimesPro, Ramanand contributed to GreyAtom School of Data Science as a Learning and Development Specialist from November 2018 to April 2021, where effective collaboration with the admissions team was key. Ramanand’s career also includes significant tenure at Mphasis from August 2007 to November 2018, with roles ranging from Senior HR Analyst in Learning & Development, focusing on the onboarding and training of new IT hires, to Training Coordinator and Campus Recruiter, handling training logistics and recruitment processes. Educationally, Ramanand holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Karnataka State Open University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Karnatak University.
