Rubab Mazhar

Rubab Mazhar is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and selection processes. Currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at TimeXperts Pvt. Ltd. since December 2021, Rubab effectively manages the recruitment process by attracting and hiring skilled labor to meet organizational needs. Previously, as an Associate HR Officer at the same company from March 2019 to December 2020, Rubab was responsible for recruitment activities across various teams and creating job descriptions. Rubab began the HR career as an intern at Qureshi Flour Mills, gaining experience in screening candidates and organizing interviews. Rubab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Enterprise Resource Planning from the Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, completed in 2019.
