Erin Marie Goodwell

Erin Marie Goodwell has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Erin Marie began their career at IKEA in 2005, where they worked as a Self-Serve/Cashier, assisting customers with the checkout process and restocking shelves. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at NREIS/International Real Estate Processing (IREP) as an Electronic Receptionist, responsible for reviewing and distributing documents. Erin then joined Secured Lending Services in 2007 as a BPO Coordinator, managing incoming customer service calls and ensuring timely report returns from appraisers/agents.

In 2011, Erin became a Licensed Massage Therapist at Massage Envy South Park Shops, providing therapeutic massages to clients. Erin Marie then transitioned to Intercare Psychiatric Services in 2013, where they worked as a Receptionist until 2015.

From 2015 to 2022, Erin worked at eStreet Appraisal Management as an Appraisal & BPO Coordinator, overseeing appraisal processes and coordinating with various stakeholders. Currently, they are employed at Timios Inc as an Appraisal Operations Specialist, a position they began in February 2022.
