Megan Pogue

Megan Pogue is the current Executive Director at Timken Museum of Art. Megan has helmed the company through some tough times, including a Chapter 11 reorganization. Pogue is known for their strategic thinking and ability to turn things around quickly.

Before their current position, Pogue served as President of The GreenHouse from August 1993 to December 2003. During their time there, they successfully directed company-wide operations of a $24M business. Megan also developed and implemented strategic planning, quality programs, and cost containment measures that resulted in a 180% increase in profits despite a 15% decrease in sales. In addition, Pogue directed major organizational restructuring, including key personnel changes, refinements in product offerings, and improvements to systems and processes. Megan also successfully managed cash flow in a difficult financial environment.
