Alexandra Norris

Alexandra Norris has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being a Human Resources Business Partner at TimkenSteel Corporation since March 2023. Before that, they worked at LTA Research and Exploration as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Sweeping Corporation of America from December 2019 to June 2021, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Dura-Line from June 2019 to November 2019. Alexandra also has research experience, having worked as a Student Researcher at Policy Research Shop from September 2016 to June 2019, and as a Presidential Scholar at the Department of Government, Dartmouth College from June 2017 to June 2018. Alexandra has internship experience in the government sector, having served as a Legislative Intern at the United States Senate from March 2017 to June 2017, and as a Policy Intern at the National Disability Institute from June 2016 to August 2016.

Alexandra Norris completed their education at Magnificat High School from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their High School degree. Following that, they attended Dartmouth College from 2015 to 2019 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree, Magna Cum Laude in Government and Public Policy. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with an expected completion date in 2024.
