Paul Ridge

Paul Ridge has significant work experience in the field of human resources. Paul started their career at BHP Billiton Worsley Alumina in 2007, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Lead. In 2015, they joined South32 and took on positions such as Head of Human Resources/HR Lead, Production Supervisor, and Employee Relations Specialist/HR Business Partner. Since 2018, they have been serving as the Supervisor for Health and Injury Management at South32. Recently, in October 2021, they became the Human Resources Lead.

Paul Ridge completed their education at various institutions. Paul earned a Master of Human Resource Management from Edith Cowan University in 2004 and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources in 2003 from the same university.
