John McMullen

John McMullen has a diverse work experience. John started their career in 1998 as a Correctional Officer at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where they served until 2002. Afterwards, they joined the US Department of Homeland Security as a Federal Air Marshal, a role they held for almost 18 years until 2020. Currently, they work as a Security Manager at TimkenSteel Corporation, starting in February 2021.

John McMullen received their high school diploma from New Castle Senior High School in 1989. John then attended Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration. In 2001, they completed a certificate program in Emergency Medical Technician at the Community College of Allegheny County. McMullen pursued further education at the University of Cincinnati, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from 2003 to 2005. John went on to complete a certificate program in Forensic Science at the Professional Career Development Institute in 2006. Lastly, in 2008, they received a certificate in Advanced Emergency Medical Technician from the New England EMS Institute.
