Kenneth Miller has extensive experience in manufacturing strategy, technology, and product development. Kenneth worked at TimkenSteel Corporation as the Director of Technology & Strategy, where they were responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and technologies for a $1.5B steel business. Prior to that, they worked at The Timken Company, where they held various positions including Director of Manufacturing Technology, Director of Product Development and Technology, and General Manager of the 21st Century Bearing Plant. In these roles, they directed the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies and technologies, provided process development support for international manufacturing facilities, directed research and development in bearing and power transmission products, and oversaw the startup and expansion of a new bearing plant. Kenneth also had international responsibilities, managing research and development centers in the U.S., Europe, Japan, and India.
Kenneth Miller has a diverse education background. Kenneth completed the Executive Development Graduate Education Program in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2005. Prior to that, they pursued International Business and Strategy, as well as Research and Development Administration at INSEAD in 1999.
Kenneth holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they acquired from Case Western Reserve University in 1996. Kenneth also obtained a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 1980.
For their undergraduate studies, Kenneth attended Grove City College, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1977.
In addition to their academic achievements, Kenneth Miller holds a certification as a Registered Professional Engineer from the State of Ohio, which they obtained in September 1981.
