Paula del Guidice

Paula Del Guidice, CHRL, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Executive at Timmins Police Service since December 2024. Previously, from January 2008 to February 2025, Paula held the position of Manager of Health, Safety and Wellness at the City of Timmins, where responsibilities included overseeing the Health and Safety Department and establishing a health and safety culture. Prior roles at the City included Human Resources Specialist positions focused on Labour Relations and Benefits, Pension, and Attendance Management, where tasks encompassed negotiations, grievance procedures, and management of employee benefits. Paula's earlier experience as Human Resources Coordinator at Dumas Contracting Ltd involved recruitment, training, policy development, and compliance with employment legislation. Paula is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management - Labour Relations at Athabasca University.
