Ally Reynolds has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to the present, they worked at Timmons Group, starting as a GIS Technician and later becoming a GIS Analyst. Ally now holds the position of Project Manager. Prior to this, Ally worked at Apptive Solutions as an Office Manager from 2012 to 2016, where they handled logistics and administrative tasks. In 2015, they worked at AmeriCorps NCCC as a Corps Member, GIS Specialist, and Wellness Point of Contact. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Team Leader for a deployment. Before that, they briefly worked as a Cashier at Tom+Chee: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. Ally's earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at UNC-CH Eschelman School of Pharmacy from 2011 to 2012 and as a Lifeguard and Support Staff at Lurecrest Ministries in 2010.

Ally Reynolds obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they have earned several certifications including the ArcGIS Utility Network Specialty from Esri in November 2022, Esri ArcGIS Desktop Associate 10.3 from Esri in September 2018, and FME Professional from Safe Software in August 2018.
