Madeline Gold

Madeline Gold has a diverse work experience in various roles related to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and design. Madeline began their career as an Intern at the United States Geological Survey, where they conducted research for seismology projects and performed field work for earthquake damage assessments. Madeline then worked as a Bicycle Safety Intern at Cape Cod National Seashore, where they planned and organized bicycle safety events and collaborated with local businesses to promote safety.

Madeline then worked as a Trails Program Intern at the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, where they collected trails and facility data using Trimble technology and created trail maps for public use. Madeline then transitioned to the role of GIS Technician at the same organization, further developing their GIS skills.
