Matthias F. Joireman

Matthias F. Joireman, PMP has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. In 2019, they joined Timmons Group as a Project Manager, where they currently work. Prior to this, they were a Geographic Information System Specialist at Timmons Group from 2019 to 2023. During the same period, they also served as a Geographic Information Systems Technician for a brief period.

Before joining Timmons Group, Matthias worked as an Outreach Associate at 3Degrees Group, Inc. from 2018 to 2019. Concurrently, they served as a Volunteer Spatial Analyst at the University of Richmond during the same period.

In 2016, Matthias worked as an International Exchange Intern at Bethany Christian Trust. Here, they were involved in various activities, including managing the annual sale of Christmas trees, negotiating partnership contracts, coordinating with the Fundraising/Marketing Department, organizing logistics and distribution, and handling customer queries. Matthias F. additionally planned and conducted a photo opportunity with Ministers for Scottish Parliament to increase social awareness of the Caring Christmas Trees Program, which resulted in a 10% increase in sales.

Prior to this, Matthias gained experience as a Museum Education Intern at the DuPage County Historical Museum in 2015, and as an Intern at physIQ during the same year.

Matthias F. Joireman, PMP, completed their Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Business Administration and Management and Sustainability Science at Furman University from 2014 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in January 2023. Prior to that, in June 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in September 2020, they acquired the ArcGIS Desktop Associate 19-001 certification from Esri.
