Rachel Bergman

Rachel Bergman is a Landscape Architecture Project Designer at Timmons Group, having started in August 2023. Previously, Rachel worked as a parks and greenways planning intern for the Town of Apex and gained experience as a graduate student at North Carolina State University, focusing on design's role in enhancing biodiversity and quality of life. Rachel's background includes significant contributions to the Atlanta Beltline through roles at Trees Atlanta, including Beltline Arboretum Lead and Forest Restoration Beltline Fellow. Additionally, Rachel has held positions as a field technician at Southern Illinois University and the University of Tennessee, as well as in horticulture at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Biology from Covenant College.
