Isabella Martinez is a co-owner of Bagels By The Book, where marketing strategies were successfully developed and executed to increase revenue during the pandemic. Isabella played a key role in the bakery's rebranding, enhancing customer experience and increasing yearly sales. Additionally, expertise in customer service was gained through frequent in-person and phone interactions. Previously, Isabella worked as a hostess at Timothy O'Toole's Pub, managing inquiries related to events and achieving a perfect score on customer service assessments. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Indiana University Bloomington, education follows a foundation built at Lake Forest Academy.
