Cristina Fombella Posada

Cristina Fombella Posada has extensive experience in staffing and operations management, particularly within the fields of Business Intelligence, Big Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Cristina currently holds the position of Staffing & Operations Manager at Tinámica since February 2012, and previously served as Responsable de Selección y Operaciones. Prior roles include Responsable de cuentas in the Telco and Media sectors at Telvent and Responsable de Staffing for Outsourcing and Factorias at Matchmind. Cristina’s early career involved educational program coordination at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where Cristina also earned a Licenciada en Ciencias Quimicas from 1987 to 1992.
