Ardy Shahriari is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in customer success and solutions consulting, particularly within the public sector and cybersecurity domains. Currently serving as Lead, Federal Customer Success Manager at Tines since July 2025, Ardy has previously held key roles at Orca Security, Zscaler, Palo Alto Networks, Akamai Technologies, Verint, and Monument Solutions, spanning various facets of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales support. Expertise includes leading initiatives in cloud cybersecurity, Zero Trust Network Architecture, and customer engagement for Fortune 100 and Federal clients.
