Fergal Collins

Fergal Collins has an extensive work experience in various technical support and management roles. Fergal is currently the Head of Support at Tines since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AT&T Cybersecurity as the Director of Technical Support from January 2019 to March 2022. Before that, they held multiple roles at AlienVault, including Senior Director of Global Technical Support, Director of Technical Support EMEA, and Technical Support Manager (EMEA), from October 2017 to January 2019. Fergal also worked at Advanced Business Solutions as the Global Support and Success Manager in 2013. Fergal had a significant tenure at Serco, where they served as a Service Operations Manager from May 2010 to May 2013, Support Team Leader from January 2009 to July 2010, Incident Manager from August 2009 to December 2009, and Regional Service Development Manager from January 2008 to August 2009. Fergal began their career at Xerox as a Trainer, focusing on software and hardware training, from January 2005 to August 2006.

Fergal Collins completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Munster Technological University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BSC degree in Computer Applications from the same university, which they completed between 1997 and 2003.
