Customer Success Manager at Tines

Hanna Vincent has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Starting in 2015, they were a Research Fellow at the University of Richmond, where they conducted field research and experiments on marine sponges. In 2016, they worked as a Story Map Creator and Protected Resource Team Assistant at NOAA, where they created interactive story maps and assisted with outreach events. In the same year, they also worked as a Computer Science Lab Assistant and Tutor at the University of Richmond, assisting professors and students with computer science-related tasks. In 2017, they were a Technology Intern at PNC, where they assisted a release manager and coordinated release-related efforts. Hanna also volunteered as a Bonner Scholar at Thomas H. Henderson Middle School during this time. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Program Associate at the Bonner Scholar Program at the University of Richmond. From 2018 to 2020, they held roles at Epic, including Team Lead and Technical Services, where they demonstrated leadership and technical skills. In 2020, they joined WhiteSource as a Technical Support Engineer and worked until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Tines. Throughout their career, Hanna Vincent has been involved in research, technical support, customer success, and volunteer work.

Hanna Vincent attended the University of Richmond from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued studies in Computer Science. Hanna obtained a certification in Tines Core from Tines in December 2022.
