Stephanie Knope Fletcher has several years of experience in the fashion industry. Stephanie started their career at Apparel World, Inc in 2001 as a Designer, where they specialized in the development and design of women's sportswear collection. Stephanie also guided student development and managed costing of garments with vendors. In 2004, they worked as a Product Manager at Meridian Sourcing & Design, where they developed design concepts for lifestyle and outdoor apparel markets and headed pre-production of high volume accounts. In the same year, they joined THE APPAREL GROUP LTD INC as a Designer and contributed to the growth rate of the Enro brand. Stephanie also headed the development of all private label designs for Nordstrom dress furnishings. From 2007 to 2011, they worked at Fashion Resources as a Product Development Manager, where they managed global development and product management, including the creation of the company's first sublimation print collection. Stephanie also traveled to Shanghai for a Product Manager position. In 2011, Stephanie joined Maker & Company as a Senior Designer. During their time there, they spearheaded the development of a collection that increased business with Nordstrom and successfully implemented tailored fits for the brand. Most recently, they have been working at Tingley Rubber Corporation as a Product Development Manager, specializing in protective clothing.
Stephanie Knope Fletcher attended The Art Institutes from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Fashion Design. During this time, they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) program specializing in this field of study.
