Prior to this role, Jessie served as Adjointe recruteur at 3-SOFT for a brief period in early 2002 and as Recruteur at CRIT Ressources humaines from April to September 2001. Jessie began a career in human resources at Progisia, where the role of Conseillère ressources humaines et recruteur was held from May 1999 to April 2001. Jessie completed education at Collège de Maisonneuve between 1995 and 1999.
