Anna Dodonova

Anna Dodonova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In their most recent position, they are currently working as a Product Manager at tink since 2022. Prior to this, Anna gained extensive experience at the ANTI-CORRUPTION FOUNDATION (FBK) where they held various roles. As a Senior Program Manager from June 2019 to June 2021, they formulated a product vision for a voter coordination service, managing multiple departments to successfully deliver the solution and leading to increased seats for independent candidates in regional elections. As a Program Manager from August 2016 to June 2019, Anna analyzed and automated the onboarding process for new union members, reducing turnaround time significantly. Anna also played a key role in planning and executing the digital launch of an independent candidate presidential campaign. As a Project Manager from August 2013 to August 2016, Anna managed the development and launch of a digital outreach campaign supporting anti-corruption legislation and coordinated a team to analyze inconsistencies in a legislative initiative platform. Before their time at FBK, Anna served as Deputy Director at The State Budgetary Organization "Youth Community" from January 2010 to August 2013.

Anna Dodonova received their Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the State University of Management (SUM) between the years 2000 and 2005. Anna then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Economics at the same institution, completing their studies between 2005 and 2009.
