Neil Schemmer

Neil Schemmer is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Tinker Federal Credit Union since November 2023, Schemmer previously held positions at First United Bank, where responsibilities included Director of Special Assets and Regional Bank President, overseeing 10 banking locations in the Oklahoma City Metro from February 2015 to December 2023. Earlier in career, Schemmer was Community Bank President at First American Bank, and President and CEO at both Central National Bank and Trust Company of Enid and Security National Bank/Arvest. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics/Accounting from Oklahoma State University, completed in January 1981.
