Jessica Ganon has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Jessica began their career as a Marketing and Publicity Intern at The Harvard Common Press in 2008. Jessica then became a Corps Member at Jumpstart in 2009. Later that year, they also worked as an Assistant Manager at Henry Bear's Park, where they helped design the store window display, supervised shifts, and lead arts-and-crafts activities. In 2012, they became a Graphic Designer/Technical Analyst at LabCentrix LLC. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Crickets (2nd/3rd Grade) Teacher at Runkle Extended Day Program, and as a Substitute Teacher at both Kesher Nevatim Preschool and Mass Audubon Boston Nature Center Preschool. In 2016, they became a Preschool Teacher at Kesher Nevatim Preschool, and in 2019 they began working as both a Preschool Teacher at Botanic Gardens Children’s Center and a Tinkergarten Leader at Tinkergarten.
Jessica Ganon began their educational journey in 2005 when they enrolled in Emerson College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Writing, Literature, and Publishing in 2009. Jessica then attended American Career Institute-Cambridge in 2010 and 2011, earning a Certificate in Graphic and Web Design. In 2014, they attended Harvard Extension School, earning a Bachelor's credit in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography. Finally, they completed their education in 2017 when they earned a Master's Degree in Ecological Teaching and Learning from Lesley University.
