Anu is currently working as the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of TinkRworks, Inc., a K-8 STEAM education company that focuses on transforming learners into innovators. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Advanced Occupational Medicine Specialists, Anu led an 80-person occupational-health medical practice to a successful acquisition by a subsidiary of a $9B parent healthcare company. Anu streamlined operations and improved the practice's financial performance through analytics.

Anu's earlier career includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where they worked as an Engagement Manager and an Associate, leading IT transformation initiatives and strategic planning for various organizations. Anu also worked at PRTM Management Consultants as a Manager and Associate, leading cost-reduction initiatives and portfolio management strategies for non-profit and wireless-communications companies.

Anu started their career as an Applications Engineer and Foundry Engineer at TriQuint Semiconductor, where they played a crucial role in delivering revenue and coordinating semiconductor production and testing activities. Anu later became a Senior Research Scientist, leading the development of a fiber-optic strategy and managing the Optoelectronic Photodetector Project.

Before their work at TriQuint Semiconductor, Anu was a Process Manager at Nanovation Technologies, where they were involved in the development of high-speed fiber-optic components and actively interacted with engineers, business team members, and investors.

Driven by their passion for Electrical Engineering, Anu Mahajan then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they expanded their skill set by pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance at the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2003 to 2005.
