Karl Hirsch has extensive work experience in the technology industry. In 1989, they began their career as National Sales Director at 3D Visions Corp, where they had global sales and revenue responsibility. In 1994, they founded Preview Systems, Inc. and served as Executive Vice President of Business Development, managing all aspects of market expansion through strategic alliances and global distribution channels. In 1998, they founded OneChannel, Inc., a privately held enterprise software company. In 2004, they became President and CEO of Protexis, a privately held company providing a fully self-serve global digital distribution platform and distribution network for content publishers. In 2009, they became Vice President of Global e-Commerce and ESD at Bertelsmann AG / Arvato Digital Services, where they had full P&L responsibility and managed a global team of engineers, operations, sales and finance personnel. Since 2010, they have been President and CEO of TinMan Systems, a privately held Industrial IoT company with technology devised to monitor and provide the ‘critical’ diagnostics for moving industrial and commercial systems.
Karl Hirsch completed their Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1984 to 1988. Karl then completed advanced course work in Negotiations at Stanford University in 1998, as part of their graduate work in Negotiation and Influence Strategies.
