Arwel Rees

Arwel joined Tinopolis in 2004 and over following decade spearheaded the group’s expansion as it grew into one of the largest independent producers in the UK and the US with leading companies in both markets, as well as the recent buy-out of private equity investors Vitruvian to take full ownership of the company.

Prior to joining Tinopolis, he worked for US industrial group Woodhead Industries as Executive Vice President and President of European Operations. During his time, he achieved significant growth for the company’s European business through growing and acquiring businesses in Wales, Italy, Germany, Holland and France.
