Paul Bradshaw has had extensive work experience in the television industry. Paul began their career at Oxford Film & Television as a Series Producer for Terry Jones' Medieval Lives. Paul then moved on to work as a Series Producer & Producer/Director at BBC London Factual, where they worked on various projects including The Incredible Human Journey and Egypt. Bradshaw later joined the BBC Natural History Unit as a Series Producer, leading a team in producing short films on natural history for The One Show. Paul has also worked at Nutopia as a Senior Producer and at Blakeway Productions as a Series Producer. Additionally, Bradshaw has had roles at Paul Bradshaw TV, SANDSTONE GLOBAL PRODUCTIONS, Offspring Films, Fulwell 73 Productions, and Tinopolis, where they served as a Writer & Director, Producer & Director, Series Producer, and Series Director respectively.

Paul Bradshaw attended Devonport High School for Boys in Plymouth from 1975 to 1982. Following their secondary education, they pursued a degree in Physics at the University of Bristol from 1982 to 1985.
