José Alberto Calvo Vargas

José Alberto Calvo Vargas has extensive work experience as a software engineer, specializing in full-stack development and microservices architecture. José Alberto has a strong background in various technologies such as .NET, C#, Go, Kafka, Postgres, SqlServer, React, and Xamarin. José began their career at GMV in 2007, where they held multiple roles including developer, analyst, software architect, and project manager. Their notable projects at GMV focused on intelligent transport systems, particularly bus fleet operation and ticketing systems. In 2020, José joined GMV Syncromatics as a remote full-stack software engineer, working on the development of a SaaS for the US public transport market. José Alberto then moved to Siemens Gamesa in 2021 as a senior software engineer before joining Tinybird in 2022 in the same role.
