Henrik Rochat Rasmussen has over 35 years of experience in the audio and electronics industry. Henrik Rochat's career began in 1986 as Purchasing Manager at Hans Følsgaard A/S, where they were responsible for strategy, strategic sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, shipping, internal sales, administration, reception, budget, and KPI. In 1994, they moved to TC Electronic as Purchasing Manager, where they were responsible for the same functions and also introduced Dynamics AX MRP and established Far East production. In 2006, they became COO at Lyngdorf Audio and in 2007, they became Supply Chain Manager at Johnson Controls Denmark, Marine, where they were responsible for the entire supply chain, strategy, forecast, strategic sourcing, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, KPI, quality, service, documentation, Far East manufacturing, and budget. From 2015 to 2020, they were Head of TC Electronic A/S - Music Tribe Brands DK A/S, where they had leadership of 11 leaders and 26 employees, a total of 98 employees. Henrik Rochat was also Head of Tannoy Ltd. and Head of LAB Gruppen AB, where they had leadership of a total of 96 and 92 employees respectively. In 2020, they became General Manager at Wendell electronics, a.s. - BB Electronics Cz and Management Consultant/Self-Employed. Currently, they are Board Member at Kombo Audio and TinyMobileRobots.

Henrik Rochat Rasmussen has an extensive education history. Henrik Rochat obtained a High School Diploma from Skanderborg/Odder Handelsskole in 1986-1987, as well as an Advancel level from the same school in 1982-1984.
