Bart Preneel

Bart Preneel is a Strategic Advisor at Tioga Capital Partners. Prior to joining Tioga, they were with the Belgian Cyber Security Coalition, nextAuth, ENISA, Leaders in Security LSEC vzw, and the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR). Bart has also been a postdoctoral researcher at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Bart received their Ph.D. in February 1993 from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
