Michelle Lim

Michelle Lim currently serves as the Deputy Manager of Learning & Organisational Development at Tiong Woon Corporation Holding Ltd, where a comprehensive HR business partner role is fulfilled for overseas subsidiaries since July 2018. Prior experience includes working at Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as a Regional Learning & Development Assistant, managing the Taleo Learn eLearning System and creating tailored learning plans for various staff categories. Additionally, Michelle Lim is pursuing a Bachelor of Human Resource Management degree at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, expected to be completed in 2023.
