Martin Utschig is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a strong background in managing complex engineering services and capital projects. Currently serving as Head of Operations and Engineering Manager at Tip Top Ice Cream since June 2019, Martin has previously held significant roles at Fonterra, including Project Manager and Maintenance Manager, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and managing maintenance for various food production plants. Martin's career began with internships at industry leaders such as Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG and Daimler, where skills in change management, production testing, and lean manufacturing were developed. Martin holds a degree in Production Technologies and Production Management from Fachhochschule Jena and continued professional development in project management and process design at various institutions.

From there we only use natural colours and flavours, and where we can, locally sourced real fruit. 80 years of ice cream making experience put to work. Good times, good friends, and good ice creams.
