Rodrigo Castaneda is an executive professional with over 25 years of experience spanning Packaging, Consumer Packaged Goods, Apparel, Textiles, Retail, Distribution, and Private Consulting. They served as Managing Partner at Xperience Consulting, overseeing consulting projects focused on strategy and operations from 2005 to 2009, and held various leadership roles at companies like Amcor and Smurfit Kappa, driving growth and strategic initiatives. Currently, Rodrigo is the VP/GM for North America at TIPA® Compostable Packaging while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. They also hold an Executive MBA from EUDE Business School and an MBA from London Business School.
