Cristiane Martini has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cristiane began their career in 1998 as a Customer Assistant at Germantown do Brasil. From there, they moved on to work at Nadir Figueiredo as a Customer Assistance Coordinator. In 2004, they joined Colgate Palmolive as a Consumer Affairs Manager. Cristiane then transitioned to various roles within Hill's Pet Nutrition, including Customer Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager, Sr Brand Manager, and General Manager for Brazil and Latin America & Mexico. In 2019, Cristiane became the General Manager for Denmark at Colgate-Palmolive. Currently, they hold the position of General Manager at Tom's of Maine & Sustainability North America. With their extensive experience in management and brand development, Cristiane has proven their expertise in the consumer goods industry.

Cristiane Martini has a strong education history with a focus on business and marketing. Cristiane completed their Executive MBA in Marketing Services from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they pursued a program in Marketing Services from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2004. Cristiane also attended USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2001 to 2002, where they studied Industrial Business Administration. Their earliest education experience was at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they pursued a degree in Food Engineering from 1993 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained the AI Aware | Analytics Literacy certification from Colgate-Palmolive in April 2022.
