Assi Kraif

Assi Kraif has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2006 with the Israel Defense Forces, serving as a Staff Sergeant until 2009. In 2010, they worked at HOT as a Customer Service Representative, where they resolved finance issues and guided new representatives. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Team Leader and Software Trainer at Eltel Technologistics LTD. They then joined Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2013 as a Logistics Coordinator until 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at TZUR - User Experience Design as a UX Architect. In 2019, they became a UX expert at Forescout Technologies Inc., a role they held until 2022. Their most recent position is with Tipalti, where they currently work as a UX Designer. In 2019, they also took on a role as an Axure Lecturer at The Open University of Israel.

Assi Kraif pursued their education at Ariel University from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they majored in Industrial Engineering & Management, with a focus on Information Systems. After completing their degree, they enrolled in Netcraft Academy in 2014, where they took a UX Design Course to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of user experience. Assi completed the course in 2015.
