Hadas Levy Shlomo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Hadas started their career in 2007 with the Israel Defense Forces and served as a Mamram. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Help Desk Representative at IBM. In 2011, they joined BlueSnap as a Merchant Support, providing e-commerce and payment solutions to global merchants and affiliates.

In 2013, Hadas joined Hexagon Technologies LTD as a Technical Support Engineer, handling tech and business solutions related to Forex trading. Hadas later became a Technical Support Manager, responsible for managing a team of 7 representatives and handling day-to-day operations.

In 2016, they joined Spotad as the Head of Technical Support, where they managed support representatives and improved support activities by creating new workflows and procedures. Hadas then transitioned into the role of Customer Success & Integration Manager, leading the onboarding process for new clients and providing data-driven insights.

Most recently, Hadas joined Tipalti in 2019, where they initially served as the Technical Support Engineer Team Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering Support.

Hadas Levy Shlomo attended Concept College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Graphic Design. Following that, they pursued Economics and Business Management at The Open University of Israel. No specific dates are provided for their enrollment and completion of this program.
