Heather Taylor

Heather Taylor has extensive work experience in sales operations. Heather started their career in 2000 as a Customer Service Representative at Dee Sign Company and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, they worked at Hobsons as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist and Senior Analyst. In 2015, they joined BlackLine as a Sales Operations Manager and later became a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst. In 2018, they joined MSC Software as a Director of Sales Operations and worked there until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Sales Operations at Tipalti, where they have been working since March 2020.

Heather Taylor completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology at Miami University from 2001 to 2006. Later on, they pursued further education and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Miami University, starting from 2012.
