Hillary Heath

Hillary Heath has extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Hillary started their career as a Board Member for the Associated Students of Grossmont College Inc. In this role, they represented the students' perspective to the governing body.

Following that, Hillary served as an Intern at Goodrich Aerostructures, where they organized SAP user and security roles into database applications for cross-functional use.

Hillary then joined United Technologies as an Intern, where they documented business requirements, conducted data cleansing, and improved systems for employee permissions using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Access.

Hillary further enhanced their skills as an Intern at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, where they performed ERP analysis and gained hands-on experience in SAP-CAMS and SAP-AMPS. Hillary also assisted in the day-to-day operations of the Tooling and Planning departments.

Moving forward, Hillary worked as a Guest Service Representative and Fundraiser at San Diego Zoo Global and Public Outreach Fundraising, respectively. In these roles, they provided exceptional guest service and raised funds for the organization.

Following that, they served as a Guest Arrival Concierge at SeaWorld San Diego, where they interacted with visitors, provided information about promotions and exhibits, and handled guest concerns.

Hillary then transitioned into the payment industry, joining APS Payments as an SAP System Analyst. Here, they worked with SAP and supported system analysis and implementation.

Their next role was at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments, where they held multiple positions. As the Sales Enablement Manager, they created new hire onboarding and training programs, supported the B2B sales team, and documented sales and sales support processes. As the SAP Business One Channel Manager, they focused on the growth of the SAP B1 channel through sales and marketing activities. Lastly, as the Manager of Relationship Management, Hillary led the flagship Business Unit Relationship Management Team, oversaw pricing initiatives, ensured PCI-DSS compliance, and reported on customer and partner success metrics.

Currently, Hillary is working at Tipalti as an Alliance Manager, where they are responsible for managing alliances and partnerships.

Hillary Heath began their education at Grossmont College, although the specific dates are unknown. Later, they attended California State University, Chico from 2012 to 2014. After their time at Chico State, Hillary transferred to Arizona State University. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, which they are currently working towards.
