Robert Balagot

Robert Balagot has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1993 as a Project Manager at Macondray Packaging, Inc. Robert excelled in managing the concept-to-launch of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle blowing plant, ensuring client expectations were met and increasing company revenue by 120% with only a 50% increase in plant capacity. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Solutions Consultant at Macondray & Co. Inc., leading the development of company-specific financial software. In 2004, they became a Member Service Representative at Patelco Credit Union before transitioning to Senior Support Engineer roles at Embarcadero Technologies and CA Technologies. In 2018, they joined Tipalti as a Lead Technical Account Manager, providing proactive technical support and solutions to the company's customer base.

Robert Balagot holds a Diploma in eTechnology with a specialization in Object Oriented Application Programming from the National Institute of Information Technology. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering with a major in Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
