Hung Le Ngoc is an accomplished professional with significant experience in product development, technical services, and engineering within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Product Development Manager and Technical Services & Industrial Products Manager at Tipco Asphalt Public Company Limited since July 2016, Hung oversees departmental operations, quality management, and customer relations, while also driving product development and strategic business initiatives. Prior roles include Sales and Services Engineer at NOV and Electrical and Instrument Engineer at PTSC, with a strong foundation in technical support and project management gained during tenure at Schlumberger.
