Eeske Hanrath has a diverse work experience across various companies. Eeske started their career as an Intercedent/Recruitment Consultant at Vedior Professional Services, where they focused on recruiting employees for ABN. Eeske then joined KLM Cityhopper as an HR Representative, supporting the HR Manager with operational and administrative HR activities.
Hanrath then moved to General Electric (GE), initially as an HR Representative responsible for HR-related activities for the headquarters and TIP Benelux. Eeske later became an HR Manager for the European headquarters of TIP Trailer Services, managing HR strategic and operational activities. Hanrath also worked as an HR Director for TIP Trailer Services in the Benelux region, where they provided coaching and support on performance management, talent development, and change management.
After their time with GE, Hanrath joined GE Capital as an HR Director for the Benelux region of TIP Trailer Services, where they worked as a business partner for senior leadership. Eeske later became the Compensation & Benefits and Organization & Staffing Leader at GE, responsible for developing and executing compensation and benefits strategies and talent development strategies. Finally, Hanrath served as the European HR Organization & Staffing Director at GE, managing employee data during the sale of the company to HNA and ensuring compliance with HR policies and European legislation.
Most recently, Hanrath has been working as the VP of Organization & Talent Development at TIP Trailer Services, where they are accountable for designing talent development strategies and leading all aspects of the talent development process across global business lines.
Eeske Hanrath received a Bachelor's Degree from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Katholieke Scholengemeenschap De Breul from 1985 to 1991, where they completed their high school education in the VWO field of study.
