Maximilian Gellert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maximilian is currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at TIP Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Angel & Advisor for start-ups since May 2021.
From June 2020 to September 2022, Maximilian was the COO & Marketing Director at BIYU, where they were part of the founding team and responsible for operations and leading the digital marketing team.

From July 2016 to August 2018, they worked as a Business Controller - Albert Heijn Online at Ahold Delhaize, the largest online grocer in the Netherlands.
During their time at PVH Corp. from 2012 to 2016, Maximilian held various roles including Director Finance & Business Control eCom - Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein Europe, Director Business Control Retail & eCom - Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Sr. Manager Business Development & Strategic Planning, and Senior Manager Strategic Planning & Business Development - Tommy Hilfiger Retail Europe.
