Paola Padilla

Paola Padilla is a highly experienced civil and geotechnical engineer with a strong background in engineering coordination. Since July 2012, Paola has held multiple roles at T.EN Colombia - Tipiel, including Engineering Coordinator and Specialist Engineer for civil works, and serves as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Additionally, Paola has been part of Technip Energies since April 2013 as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer for civil works, and worked as a Geohazard Coordinator/Geotechnical Coordinator for the Trans Adriatic Pipeline AG from January 2015 to June 2020. Previous experience includes a role as Design Geotechnical Engineer at INGETEC S.A. and teaching as a lecturer at Universidad Antonio Nariño. Educational qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad de Los Andes, an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering from the same institution, and a specialization in Project Management from Universidad Piloto de Colombia.
